As the event manager for Discover Gidi Travel Group, I designed and executed a seamless, culturally immersive travel experience for 100 guests over a 5-day international trip. My responsibilities included researching and sourcing international partners, crafting and managing a dynamic itinerary, and coordinating with a local onsite event team to ensure smooth operations throughout the journey. From pre-trip planning to onsite guest management, I ensured each detail aligned with the group's expectations, resulting in a memorable, well-organized travel experience that fostered connection and exploration for all participants.
