To celebrate the launch of Bath & Body Works' newest fragrance, Brightest Bloom Eau de Parfum, I led a large-scale, pre-Mother's Day activation event in Chicago, designed to provide an interactive and memorable experience for attendees. With a $300k budget and a 10-day turnaround, I oversaw the vehicle wrapping, coordinated logistics for two key tour stops at Pioneer Court and Humboldt Park, and managed the onsite team, which included brand ambassadors and Production assistants. The event offered attendees a chance to sample the new fragrance and create unique, personal gifts for their mothers. With over 1,200 visitors over two days, the activation generated substantial engagement and excitement for the product release.
