For UnitedMasters’ annual Grammy-adjacent event, A Celebration of Independence, which highlights independent artists, I spearheaded the production of an unforgettable concert experience. With a budget of $450k, I managed all aspects of guest experience logistics, event creative (covering both exterior and interior designs), and multiple sponsorship activations. Highlights included overseeing The Honda Stage experience and coordinating all Bullet and Johnnie Walker's sponsored bars. My role involved direct client management, leading the creative and onsite teams, handling vendor relations, and ensuring budget alignment. The result was a seamless, high-energy event that showcased UnitedMasters' talent and attracted significant attendee engagement.
